<p>Soganlar pembelesene kadar sotelenir.Piric ve tuz ilave edilip karistirilir.</p>
<p>Sirayla uzum,dogranmis maydonoz ve baharatlar ilave edilip karistirilir.</p>
<p>Iki bardak sicak su ve limon suyu  ilave edilip kisik atesde suyunu cekene kadar demlendirilir.</p>
<p>Temizlenmis ve kilciklari ayiklanmis hamsilerin yarisini borcamin alt ve yanlarina araliksiz dizin. (kilcigi ayiklanmis hamsi  bitisik iki parca gibidir hamsinin disi altta borcam tarafinda olacak sekilde dizin.)</p>
<p>Hazirladiginiz pilavi hamsilerin uzerine serin.</p>
<p>Kalan hamsiler ile uzerini kaplayin.</p>
<p>Iki bardak kaynar su dokup onceden isittiginiz 180 derece firinda yaklasik yarim saat pisirin..</p>
